Empire Claims is regulated by the Ministry of Justice (MOJ)
The MOJ are responsible for the regulation of claims management services including authorising those providing services and monitoring them to ensure compliance with the regulatory rules.

Empire Claims are registered Data Controllers with the Information Commissioners Office. 
The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is an independent authority in the UK that promotes openness of official information and protection of private information The ICO oversees the Data Protection Act and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

The Claims Standards Council is the trade association which represents claims management businesses and aims to ensure that a balanced view of the claims management sector is promoted to lawyers, insurers, the government and the consumer.
