If we recover compensation, our fee will be equivalent to 25% plus VAT of the compensation recovered including any future benefits received as a result of our work. This fee covers the entire cost of your claim, including case preparation, bank correspondence, solicitors, barristers and escalations to the court or Financial Ombudsman Services, where necessary. Empire Claims will not stop until we have recovered your money.
The only condition for the No Win No Fee † agreement is that you always return communication and provide Empire Claims with any requested information within 14 days.
The only additional charge that may apply is where you wish to cancel your claims after your 14 day cooling off period. At this point additional charges may apply.
Where your refund goes into your arrears, this will reduce your outstanding balance to the bank. Empire Claims will then invoice you for our services. Where you can confirm at that point you are in financial hardship, then Empire Claims can discuss an affordable payment plan.
