  • If we recover compensation, our fee will be 25% (Plus VAT) of the compensation recovered. (This is equivalent to 29.375% of the compensation recovered which is competitive with standard industry practise for work involved in fighting UK large financial organisations.
  • We will deal exclusively with your bank to save you all the hassle! Once an offer of compensation has been made which we consider acceptable, we will write to let you know.
  • If we are not happy with the offer we will escalate your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), at no additional cost to you.
  • If your case goes to court, Empire Claims will pay all the fees regardless of whether you win or lose!
